Since 1999, the Cleveland Department of Health and the AIDS Funding Collaborative have entrusted the organization with $377,000 for the Agape program.

Cleveland Clinic
The Agape program has an on-going collaboration with Cleveland Clinic which provides a certified nurse in a full-time capacity on a daily basis. Additionally, Cleveland Clinic was the lead sponsor for our first annual special event fundraiser.

Cuyahoga County
Since 2001, Cuyahoga County has entrusted the organization with $1.5 million dollars in TANF funding for the Genesis program.

Genesis Partners
The Genesis program works in collaboration with Dress for Success Cleveland, Northeast Ohio Homeless Coalition, and AARP to provide additional supportive services to its participants.

Bridge the Gap (My FAM) Funders
Bridge the Gap (My FAM) has been entrusted with $40,000 from various foundations since its inception. It recently received $5,000 from the United Black Fund and $19,000 from various Cleveland Foundation grants.
